Jump rope videos

I really need to start writing more but teaching has been a bit time consuming. Although I wrote I would not record myself in this blog: http://doctatshealth.blogspot.com/2011/09/favorite-jump-ropers , I eventually did.

You can check them out on my YouTube page

Be kind, I am old...

  2. Thanks for the compliment, I'm going to keep on keeping on with it. I recently bought the R1 cable rope from here http://www.jumpnrope.com/R3EvolutionSeries.htm and it is awesome. I was able to destroy my double under record with it. I have the uncoated cable, not sure how good the PVC is but the handles are up to the hype, much better than the Quad Speed Cable rope I bought at buyjumpropes.net. Super fast shipping too. I have seen Ross Enamait's video, he is one of the first people I saw and tried to copy on YouTube. His speed is insane!

  3. Thanks for the recommendation DocTats! How I stumbled upon this blog was one day I noticed the Lifeline Speed Ropes where out of stock everywhere. When I googled Lifeline Speed Rope your blog came up, so I read it, found a lot of useful information.

If possible please provide me your email.

    1. You're welcome and thanks for the comment. I've bought a few plastic speed rope since the last time I wrote and still haven't found anything that matches the Lifeline. I got one from Peter Nestler's site www.jumprm.com and it's alright, cool color at least and the 9 ft rope was perfect length (didn't need to tie knots). Also got one from Rene Bibaud's site http://www.ropeworkjumprope.com/RWnation/Products.html which was okay too but their 9 ft rope was a bit longer. In both cases, the handle was just not as good as the Lifeline. This place has some interesting looking ropes http://punkrope.myshopify.com/collections/jump-ropes. I've taken this class, haven't used the rope but seen it and looks promising, next time I take it, might try it out. You can e-mail me at ty5663@hotmail.com
